    Dear Bindu,

I had to explain what is Basale soppu to one of my friend here in Dubai and to my surprise i found your article with recipe and link to Wiki. Thanks a lot. Please keep it up the noble work. i guess there are many of us we lag behind when we compare ourselves (Kannadigas) with others southern states to promote our language, culture, recipes, traditions and many more.

Anyways glad to see somewhere effort has started and hope we too follow you.

    Rgds
