  2. i am also planing to buy that plot there, went for visits,but the land price seems fancy, as there 18L acer running and 1500 to 2000 per sqYD is resanable unlike 3875PSQYD as Metro people say (considering18 L acer land wich comes 375 PSQYRD and 60% vacancy as per HMDA comes around 975sqyed,other expences might be 475 and other margins etc )

  5. Hi Neelima, we are buying plot 64, and have paid 1 lakh advance. We have shown the documents to Lawyer, it looks ok but Lawyer has asked for few documents which we have to ask the builder yet. Let me know which plot you are planning buy, and you can also ask them for a copy of documents, they will give it, and you can get it checked. So we will be doubly sure.     I got the docs verified with my advocate.He suggested me that the mou between the partners r not registered and there is variation between relinquishment and unregd. mou.it takes another weektime for me to finalise.

    I’ve picked up one pie from the cake . they call the pie “Plot no: 4 ” . Its good to see this initiative to bring us all together. I visit the area regularly and check the progress. There are number of houses that are under construction and am sure it will be a nice colony to live in few years.

  17. Hello all, we are plot owners (Plots 20 and 21) in Metro Landmark, Medchal. Using this platform to connect with all the owners. Wanted to inform you all that we have cancelled the construction work order with Metro due to some issues and we are going ahead with our own construction.   19. Metro went back on their commitments, which were promised to us before the registration of the land. The moment the registration was over, Metro took a U turn, and we were asked to go for own construction or agree to their terms. So finally, we had no choice but to end up mutually agreeing to cancel the work order and get along with our own construction. However, Metro ended up taking more from us prior to registration, which they are now refusing to pay (citing trivial expenses) forcing us to go through legal route for settlement. Typical builder attitude.

Friends, I purchased a plot in the phase-1 which is very close to the park area with a strong intention to construct a villa. Now my plan has changed since I’m relocating.   29. Advice to future buyers. The location is good, so buy the plot. But do not go for construction from Metro Landmark people. Their service is not good. Even though they promise they will complete the construction in one year, they will never to that. Also their attitude changes after one year, quality of construction is also not that good.

    Welcome to Metro Landmark owners group. So what does the construction agreement say? We are waiting for our our construction to get over from 2 years. Still work not completed.

    Request all to get the feedback of present owners before making buying decision. If the builder knows that feedback of current customers matters then I hope he will think of completing the current pending work.

  35. According to Construction agreement, construction should be completed by 1year + some grace period this I don’t exactly remember. I’ll check and let this forum know.

    Yesterday I finalised the building plan. Likely to start the bhoomi pooja mostly beginning of next month I have to confirm with them.

    I’ll be visiting the site this sunday to check for the progress.

  36. I just asked Ravi Kishore,

    The agreement conditions are same for all. We did pooja on april 2013 and still work not completed. And there is no delay in any payment from our side.

    Most of the owners are already living there are most of us often visit. We can meet each other. I will add you in the mail group. You can share your phone number with us there.

    Follow up from day one to get your house built in one year, which has never happened so far in Metro Landmark’s history. :-))

    I am having 220 Sq yards Corner plot in this community. The plot is having very best advantages:
    1. Plot is in Phase – 1 – it means its very near to the Medchal Railway station/MMTS
    2. Its a corner plot just 100 meters from the Main gate.

    I am interested in selling this plot @ 7500/- Square Yard – The only reason is – I am planned to purchase a Villa in the same community
