1. Designation: Engineer Customer Support
2. Location: Bangalore
*Experience in Customer Service
*He should have the knowledge on Projectors( Installation, repair & troubleshooting )
*Breakdown Repairs based on desired SLAs.
*Provide Product and System training to customers and partners, in order to ensure the knowledge and information dissemination
*A Secondary role is to perform product demonstrations and assists in tradeshows.
*Should have a knowldge of Linux and Lunix operating system.
*He should have basic knowledge on Electronics ( He should have a good memory with his academics Knowledge)
*He should be able to recognize the colors to do the color calibration.
*He should have good computer knowledge( Installation, repair, troubleshooting of operating systems & RAID configuration)
*He should have good knowledge on networking (LAN).
*Ready to work along with travel any ware. (50 to 70 % travelling job)
*Good communication skill and personalityGood listener(understand the customer requirement properly and respond)
*Ready to do the mechanical installation.
*Good family background.( Should not have any family issues which effects his travel /work)
*Skills: B.Tech/B.E. (any branch) /Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications.
*Work experience : 1+ to 5 yrs in Customer Service.
*Proficient in English Communication.
